1 Dozen Quails Eggs
A Dash of Maggi Sauce
Shredded Cabbage to serve
Preparation For Rice Soup
1. What could be simpler, fry the quails eggs in a mini-pancake pan. In Thailand we use a Khanom Krok pan usually.
2. You want the eggs yolks soft but not runny, and the whites cooked through.
3. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage, a dash of maggie sauce, the sauce really is essential, and optionally a good sprinkly of ground white pepper.
4. Eat warm.
