jasmin-flavouring.jpg

For many sweet dishes we use a floral fragrance to give the dessert a flowery smell. Shown is a typical flavouring used to make this floral fragrance, this one is a bottle of artificial jasmin flavour.

Because i found some recipes that need floating jasmin water but i don't know what it was and i couldn't find anywhere in the asian stores or american stores. so can you plz tell me where i can find the floating jasmin water? thank you.

[Appon] Simply add a few drops of a jasmin flavour to water so it just has a slight perfume smell.
