Sweet Chicken Sauce (Sweet Chilli Sauce)

chicken-sauce.jpg

Thai recipe name pronunciationThis is often misleadingly referred to as 'chicken sauce', and usually has a picture of a chicken on the bottle, however it is a sweet chilli sauce usually served with chicken, or other fried meats. It is used straight from the bottle as a side sauce, you can also add a little boiling water and make a chilli glaze for meats too. If you like chilli you can use this as a dipping sauce for crisps (chips) too!

i want 2 ask how do i make sweet chilli chicken and what sauce do i need.

[Appon] You buy it rather than make it. It's sweet chilli sauce, often with a picture of chicken on the label to indicate it's typical use.
