Small White Aubergine, Egg Plant ( Makhuea Kow )

Thai recipe name pronunciationAnother Thai aubergine, the 'white' aubergine, this one is smaller (approx 3cms in length) and is better to eat raw than green & black aubergines. Each raw with chilli paste. It is a spring time aubergine, that can be kept for a week or two if kept wrapped in tissue paper in the fridge.
