Barbecued Honey Chicken ( Gay Yang Nam Pung )

Thai recipe name pronunciationA classic honey glazed chicken recipe, but eaten the way we eat it in Thailand. With the burnt barbecued flavour coming from the soya sauces balancing the sweetness of the honey.

Ingredients
500 gms Chicken Legs
2 Tablespoons Honey
3 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
2 Tablespoons Oil

Preparation
1. Clean and score the meat with three lines.
2. Chop the garlic and put into the chicken, add all the other ingredients together and marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Grill until cooked.

Serve With
Sticky Rice
Salad Vegetables
