Over on my Thai life blog, I'm covering an OTOP trade show. OTOP promotes Thai made products from the various regions across Thailand to Thai people and to the rest of the world.

This product is slow oven dried bananas coated in a honey glaze. They were delicious, not too sweet, and convenient to eat in little foil pouches. It was just one of many OTOP products I saw at the show.
