Ingredients for Spicy Sauce
4 Bird Chillies
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Preparation
1. Pound the chillies and garlic together in a Thai mortar to break them up.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and continue pounding to mix all the flavours.
